Delivery Process / ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া

1. Nationwide Delivery / সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি:

• We offer home delivery services all over Bangladesh. / আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারি সেবা প্রদান করি।
• Delivery within Dhaka is completed in 2-3 days and outside Dhaka within 3-5 days. / ঢাকার ভিতর ২-৩ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ দিন এর মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।

2. Payment Terms / পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী:

• All orders require advance payment for the delivery charge. The remaining amount should be paid at the time of delivery. / সকল অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে। বাকি টাকা ডেলিভারির সময় প্রদান করতে হবে।

3. Correct Information / সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করুন:

• Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number are correct. / ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং মোবাইল নম্বর সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করুন।

Returns and Charges / রিটার্ন এবং চার্জ:

4. Product Hold Policy / পণ্য হোল্ড নীতি:

• Products held for more than 1 day without valid reasons will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued. / বিশেষ কারণ ছাড়া ১ দিনের বেশি পণ্য হোল্ডে রাখলে, পণ্যটি রিটার্ন হয়ে আসবে এবং রিফান্ড করা হবে না।

5. Product Return / পণ্য রিটার্ন:

• If you wish to return a product, the following return charges will apply:
  • Dhaka Return Charge: 50/-
  • Outside Dhaka Return Charge: 70/- / যদি আপনি পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে চান, তবে নিচের রিটার্ন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে:
    • ঢাকার রিটার্ন চার্জ: ৫০/-
    • ঢাকার বাইরের রিটার্ন চার্জ: ৭০/-

6. Caretaker Not Available / কেয়ার টেকার না থাকলে:

• If there is no caretaker or security guard at your residence, please collect the product from the ground floor. / যদি আপনার বাসায় কেয়ার টেকার বা দারোয়ান না থাকে, তবে পণ্যটি নিচে নেমে সংগ্রহ করুন।

7. Product Inspection / পণ্য পরিদর্শন:

• Ensure that you inspect the product in front of the delivery man. Complaints will not be accepted after the delivery man leaves. / ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য পরিদর্শন করে নিন। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

Emergency Delivery / ইমার্জেন্সি ডেলিভারি:

8. Urgent Delivery / জরুরি ডেলিভারি:

• If you require urgent delivery, confirm by 10:00 AM. / জরুরি ডেলিভারি প্রয়োজন হলে, দয়া করে সকাল ১০:০০ টার মধ্যে নিশ্চিত করুন।
• Emergency delivery is only available in Dhaka. / জরুরি ডেলিভারি শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার মধ্যে দেওয়া হয়।
• Emergency delivery may incur additional charges depending on the distance. / জরুরি ডেলিভারিতে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ হতে পারে, যা দূরত্বের উপর নির্ভর করে।

Courier Service / কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস:

9. Courier Delivery / কুরিয়ার সেবার মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি:

• If you prefer a courier service, you must pay the full product cost and delivery charge in advance. / যদি আপনি কুরিয়ার সেবার মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি নিতে চান, তবে পণ্যের মূল্য এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ সম্পূর্ণ অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
