1. Product Availability / পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা

  • All products displayed are ready stock, and we do not accept pre-orders.
    ✅ আমাদের সব পণ্য রেডি-স্টক এবং আমরা কোনো প্রকার প্রি-অর্ডার নেই না।

2. Order Confirmation / অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন

  • Verify the price, size, and details before placing your order.
  • Browse original images, videos, and live product showcases on our platform to ensure satisfaction.

3. Payment Terms / পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী

  • A delivery charge advance payment is mandatory for order confirmation.
  • Pay the remaining balance upon delivery.
    ✅ ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট ছাড়া কোনো অর্ডার নেওয়া হয় না। বাকি টাকা পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় প্রদান করতে হবে।

4. Delivery Policy / ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

  • We deliver to all locations across Bangladesh:
    • Inside Dhaka: 2-3 working days.
    • Outside Dhaka: 3-5 working days.
      ✅ আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারি করি। ঢাকার ভিতর ডেলিভারি সময় ২-৩ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ দিন।

5. Return and Refund Policy / রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

6. Product Inspection / পণ্যের পরিদর্শন

  • Complaints made after the delivery agent departs will not be entertained.
